This risk assessment identifies hazards students may face while filming/taking photos on the college back field. The gravel and uneven ground poses a risk of falls. Discarded cables and rubbish are also trip hazards. Without controls, the risks of these hazards are rated A, or high. The action plan is to warn students to be careful of the hazards and encourage sturdy shoes. Objects will be moved if needed for the filming.
