This document outlines a structured conversation process for teachers to discuss lessons and teaching strategies. The process involves 6 phases over 30 minutes: 1) Introduction, 2) Teacher description, 3) Clarifying questions, 4) Positive feedback referencing the Quality Teaching model, 5) Suggesting improvements also referencing the model, and 6) Open discussion. The teacher whose work is discussed presents their lesson, then colleagues provide feedback and suggestions to refine the lesson and encourage sharing teaching tips.
