Learn how personas can shape your optimization programVWO
Personas seem to have fallen out of favour in recent years. “I don’t think you can build a great product or experience for a person that doesn’t exist,” Jason Fried famously wrote. The criticism has not been unwarranted. Many personas are a waste of time. On the other hand, there are businesses who have gained success by simply defining their day-to-day marketing around personas.
In this webinar, CRO experts from AWA digital and Phil Cave will share their first-hand experience about building personas and what value well-constructed personas adds to your optimization program.

This divisiveness has allowed accidental agile bullies on both sides to take root. Together, let’s reset on what agility and success mean and talk through actions we can all take to repair relationships and reestablish safety across our organizations.

Connector Corner: Automate dynamic content and events by pushing a buttonDianaGray10
Here is something new! In our next Connector Corner webinar, we will demonstrate how you can use a single workflow to:
Create a campaign using Mailchimp with merge tags/fields
Send an interactive Slack channel message (using buttons)
Have the message received by managers and peers along with a test email for review
But there’s more:
In a second workflow supporting the same use case, you’ll see:
Your campaign sent to target colleagues for approval
If the “Approve” button is clicked, a Jira/Zendesk ticket is created for the marketing design team
But—if the “Reject” button is pushed, colleagues will be alerted via Slack message
Join us to learn more about this new, human-in-the-loop capability, brought to you by Integration Service connectors.

Performance appraisal was used during first world war and invented by WD Scott.
It was started not to appraise performance but to do succession planning.
War is the mother of all innovations. It was the war that gave early principles of being lean and making high impact.
Why it was invented, it’s because, one should know the line of succession so that the battalion can fight even when the commanding officer dies.
Did you know the salary of every soldier is same in an army? When rank increases then salary changes.
Promotion happens through continuous learning and finishing certain exams and achievements.
If our president dies, do you know the succession plan of our government?
Do you know the one actor to whom the presidency comes always?
In any movies, if president or vice president dies, he is the defacto.
That’s succession planning to run the government.
Same goes to corporates
But what are we?
We are humans, we copy everything from everywhere and make it better.
So we made a succession planning to a wage component.
That’s where we are forced to perform do everything.
Are you feeling good about your performance appraisal? Like this in a blissful manner
Are you feeling stressed after the performance appraisal
