engineered superior steel frames. Stratus Steel also provides

6. To better serve the industry, Stratus has
2 manufacturing units dedicated solely
to manufacturing LGSF. One of these
units is in Chandigarh and the other lies
in Pune. This helps us encompass both
South and North of the country.

7. Cold-Formed Steel Structure Systems
Structural Steel with a minimum yield strength of 550 Mpa, is used in projects structurally
designed according to regional conditions. The system consists of galvanized/ galvalume
steel construction components that are produced by the cold forming method. The steel
components are produced into steel frames by the CNC machines and are in accordance
with international standards. All the components of the load-bearing system of a structure
are assembled with screws and bolts without any need for welding, therefore human error or
damage is minimized during the assembly. Stratus Steel, with its exceptionally high
production capacity, manufactures LGSF structures in its facilities equipped with state-of-
the-art technology in compliance with the latest standards of engineering and also manages
all the whole process thoroughly until the end of a turnkey contract

12. DELIVERY MODEL
Fixed Cost Model: Stratus Steel offers design
and drafting services at the mutually agreed fixed
cost per project model and that includes actual
design and Drawings and a lump sum of
estimated changes in the design.
Time and Material: In this model, for any design
or drafting work, effort estimation is done by our
project managers, and pricing is done on an
hourly basis for the effort required right from
conceptualization to delivery and hourly rates
depend on the level of sources involved in the
project.
Resource-Based Model: This is the most
economical model for our esteemed clients from
the USA and Europe wherein we deploy trained
resources (Design, Drafting and other Support
services) dedicated to the client and these
resources work exclusively for that client and
monthly billing is followed per resource.

17. ADVANTAGES OF LGSF
SYSTEM
The light construction LGSF frame is assembled from light
gauge galvanized steel profiles. In the gaps between the
elements of the frame heat, the insulation material is placed
and the frame is supplied with surface layers made of various
materials, forming a layered structure. Generally, the elements
of the frame structure are constructed of C profiles with dry,
assembly-style building technology. Numerous steel fasteners,
stiffeners and other complementary profiles are connected to
the basic elements of the structure. The applied materials filling
the gaps between the elements of the frame not only perform
heat insulation but also meet acoustical requirements and they
are an efficient re-protection tool.
