Member of management restructuring team; took a 3 division company from $50 million to a
single division business with sales of $23 million. Top line participation in staffing, processes,
and restart through a Chapter 128 managed bankruptcy process.
Director-Performance Improvement 2005-2009
Responsible for Continuous Improvement processes in the company, including Lean and Six
Sigma projects. Oversaw 3 divisional teams led by 12 Green Belts executing improvement
projects. As many as 15 projects could be running at any one time.
 Completed 36 projects in 3 divisions with an average savings of $30k per project. These
savings, while substantial, were not nearly enough to avoid a managed bankruptcy due to
market conditions.
