GRADING OF PERFORMANCE
Based on the performance, each student shall be awarded a
final grade at the end of the semester for each course.
Absolute grading is used by converting the marks to
grade, based on predetermined class intervals.
UGC 10-point grading system is used with pass grade
modified.

across eight semesters.

internship is the final university examination that evaluates
the competency level of students to know if they are
competent enough to practice nursing as novice nurses.

evaluation.

  • 20. A candidate must have a minimum of 80% attendance (irrespective of the kind of absence) in theory and practical in each course/subject for appearing for the examination. A candidate must have 100% attendance in each of the practical areas before award of degree.
  • 21. GRADING OF PERFORMANCE Based on the performance, each student shall be awarded a final grade at the end of the semester for each course. Absolute grading is used by converting the marks to grade, based on predetermined class intervals. UGC 10-point grading system is used with pass grade modified.
