12-month internship program with non-profit; building and establishing a primary care clinic in a poor rural area in Mindo,
Ecuador. Six weeks of internship were spent on-site in Ecuador, June – August, 2013.
● Raised $2400 to purchase new Spanish language AEDs for Mindo.
● Developed dual-language first aid kits to be placed in commercial buildings.
● Worked with medical and veterinary brigades
● Assisted in opening new primary care clinic in Mindo.
