o Co-founded a ministry on the Lakota Sioux Indian Reservation in South Dakota
(worked with impoverished youth 0-18 years old and their families to help fill
needs for things like warm clothing, school supplies, and better hygiene habits)
o Worked with a 15 year old autistic male giving therapeutic horseback riding
lessons
o Led 4 day backpacking trip for at-risk youths (ages 13-16, taught outdoor skills,
led leadership and teambuilding activities)
o In the process of becoming certified in Family and Consumer Sciences by the
American Association of Family and Consumer Sciences.
