The App would target homes with working women, elderly people or babies. This is virtually untapped
today. But there is low conversion rate in this market. Thus the App would ask its consumers which

CUSTOMERS
The target market is virtually untapped today. With the ever increasing number
of working women in India, there is an increasing requirement of security apps
in the market.
As of today, the target consumers do not see the need of such products for
home security. Thus steps need to be taken to increase awareness about the
product. Word-of-mouth publicity is thus of utmost importance to make the
product popular.
COLLABORATIONS
The product needs to be marketed through collaborating with companies that
provide the security services like CCTVs etc. The App is required only by those
who own CCTV cameras or other such security devices.
These companies would be given incentives on each conversion which would
make it attractive for them.
COMPETITORS
Today, there are many apps that provide some of the features separately but
very few are a one-stop centre for the security needs as mentioned.
Competitors would be tackled through provision of discounts on conversion of
referrals made by the consumer.
CONTEXT
The App required to be collaborated with devices such as CCTV Cameras,
Locks, motion sensors etc. which needs a dedicated team of technicians for
installation of the system. This may lead to

systems in the Indian Market. Most of Indians feel that such systems are
unnecessary and costly.
Pricing
The App will be available for free on Google Play. But there will be some features
which will be “Premium Features” and the Consumers will have to pay to unlock
these features.
On the other hand, the App would be a paid App on the Apple AppStore. Apple users
are generally much more affluent than Android users and can afford to pay for it.
Also, these are the consumers that are more likely to have the prerequisites like
CCTVs etc.

Dealers of security systems that collaborate with StaySecured will get a share out of
the revenue generated through conversions.
If a consumer converts 10 other consumers to get StaySecured (Unlock Premium in
Android or Buy the App on AppStore), the customer would get some of the Premium
Features for free.
IMPLEMENTATION
INFRASTRUCTURE:
There must be a team of technicians that install the system when installed through a Security System
provider. The App is only useful for those who have installed CCTV Cameras at their homes/ offices/
shops. Online payments, Payment systems for Promotional Rewards and collaborated companies.
Large storage Cloud Storage Services, etc are required.
PROCESSES:
Collaborating with Security Service providers is the biggest business decision that needs to be
undertaken. Incentives provided to them should be regularly updated according to feedback received
from them.

  • 13. CUSTOMERS The target market is virtually untapped today. With the ever increasing number of working women in India, there is an increasing requirement of security apps in the market. As of today, the target consumers do not see the need of such products for home security. Thus steps need to be taken to increase awareness about the product. Word-of-mouth publicity is thus of utmost importance to make the product popular.

COLLABORATIONS The product needs to be marketed through collaborating with companies that provide the security services like CCTVs etc. The App is required only by those who own CCTV cameras or other such security devices. These companies would be given incentives on each conversion which would make it attractive for them.

The App is only useful for those who have installed CCTV Cameras at their homes/ offices/ shops. Online payments, Payment systems for Promotional Rewards and collaborated companies. Large storage Cloud Storage Services, etc are required. PROCESSES: Collaborating with Security Service providers is the biggest business decision that needs to be undertaken. Incentives provided to them should be regularly updated according to feedback received from them.
