figuring out what and how to get
some tasks off your plate.

STEP 1: DECIDE
WHAT TO DELEGATE

A. Keep track of all the things you do in a
day/week/month.
B. Decide whether
you like, tolerate, or
hate (or cannot do)
each task.
C. Estimate the
amount of time it
takes you to
complete the task,
on average.
TASK LIKE OK HATE TIME
D. Put a star next to (or highlight) the tasks that are the biggest time/energy drains—if
you hate it, AND it takes up a lot of time, that’s a task that you need to delegate.

  • 4. A. Keep track of all the things you do in a day/week/month. B. Decide whether you like, tolerate, or hate (or cannot do) each task. C. Estimate the amount of time it takes you to complete the task, on average. TASK LIKE OK HATE TIME D.
