Note from the Board
We welcome all Jockey Club enthusiasts to engage in the quarterly Board of Director gatherings. The
dates of these gatherings are shown below and released on premise ten days previous to each and every
commencement date as a beneficial reminder for anybody who is visiting or prefer to visit throughout
these vital and valuable events.

Quarterly Annual Assessment Billings
On October 14th, 2010 a standard NJCIOA Board meeting was held. At this gathering, one of the matters
for assessment was encouraging the Jockey Club owners during these rough monetary conditions by
altering the yearly Maintenance Fees billing to Quarterly payments. The vote was unanimous in favor of
quarterly expenditures. You may continue to pay the entire price if you so want or disburse quarterly.
The first quarterly check will be due on January 1st, 2011, the second - April 1st, 2011, the third - July
1st, 2011 and the fourth and final for the year, October 1st, 2011. We definitely respect the loyalty of
the Jockey Club owners and are certain that this will certainly facilitate in causing the annual repairs and
maintenance service fees more reasonable for your “Home Away from Home.”
New Jockey Club Web-Site
Please take a period of time while exploring the internet to review our unique web-site at
jockeyclubvegas.com. There are charming photographs of the redesigned suites, fun historical data, the
“Blog” or please join us on Twitter and Facebook. Our very own favorite is the WEBCAM. Two live
camcorders are actually added to the Ascot Tower roof top so you can enjoy the Bellagio Fountains real
time together while staying at Jockey Club, your “Home Away from Home”, you could enjoy these same
camera views from your in suite television sets on channel 46 & 48. Terrific Idea!
Self Parking
Self Parking is currently accessible for all Jockey Club owners and guests. When traveling to your Home
Away from Home, we advocate that you please pull your car or truck to the main entrance to leave your
bags and or food with the Bell group for your convenience. Then you may progress to the 3 B parking
level, this is the ONLY level that has admittance to the Jockey Club elevators in the vehicle parking
structure. Level 3 B parking spaces within Cosmo’s 5 story underground parking structure is the selected
area for all Jockey Club cars and trucks. Once Jockey Club owners park on the level 3B, you will enjoy
taking one of the two Jockey Club selected and named elevators to the 1st floor or 2nd floor
(established on the north wall of the structure). You may then take the elevator up to the ground floor
of the Jockey Club, progress to the main lobby to the Resort Desk for check-in and to see all of your
Jockey Club good friends as we are here waiting for you. Please note: There are some small design
projects that have to take place coming from the parking structure elevators leading to the main
receiving area of the Jockey Club that will be concluded in the near future.
