The Texas STaR Chart is a tool developed to assess progress towards technology goals set in Texas's 2006-2020 Long Range Plan for Technology. It evaluates four key areas: Teaching & Learning, Educator Preparation & Development, Leadership & Support, and Infrastructure. Schools and districts use the STaR Chart to determine strengths and weaknesses based on scores in each area and time, with the example school scoring highest in Infrastructure but lowest in Educator Preparation.
