This document proposes a concept for addressing overcrowding and traffic congestion in major cities by utilizing parallel universes and space-time engineering. The author defines parallel universes as separate segmented spaces that contain non-interacting matter. A proposed software called the Space Generator would create 20,000 parallel universes synchronized to real time using another program called J-Earth. People could then request and transition between universes using a wireless Zero-Time network managed by the W-Global program to avoid collisions. This system utilizing parallel universes, computers and networks could solve overcrowding and traffic issues by providing an infinite number of universes through the Space Generator and Host.
