 Arranging inspection and delivery of material in line with project schedule.
 Preparation of concept design reports/drawings, obtaining customer/consultant’s
approval and submission of drawings to different agencies (site, client, vendor
etc.).
 Deployment of Electro-mechanical Engineers to the different sites as per the site
requirements and project schedule.
 Fixing PRW or Back to Back agencies for installation, testing and commissioning
of Electro-mechanical equipment for the projects and maintaining commissioning
schedules of the projects.

 Preparation of PCA (Project Cost Analysis) and Turn Over Projections v/s
