What Is Strategy?Business Model refers to the logic of the firm, the way it operates and how it creates value for its stakeholders. Strategy refers to the choice of business modelMission is the purpose of the firm.Vision can be divided into to  two concepts core ideology and core purpose together forming the envisioned futureThe strategy is dependent  upon the other concepts and mostly  on the choice businessmodel. The  interrelationship of the concept will together create the business modeland the strategy.  The  firm’s strategy is a guidance for the whole firm and is utterlyimportant to have a clear and simple strategy statement to be successful in the businessworld.
 The Strategy of WhyvilleWhyville is  one of the largest  online virtual worlds for young teenagers and children.Mission: To provide a virtual world for children (8-15 years) with mainly educational purposes.A fun place to learn. Business Model: Whyville is almost 100% sponsored. The sponsors becomes an integrated part of thevirtual world  and can reach a tough demographic group of teenagers and childrenthrough Whyville. Sponsors for Whyville are for example; NASA, Adobe, Toyota, andUniversity of Texas.  Whyville offers the sponsors unique opportunities to reach theirtarget audiences.
