1. The Center for Families of Children with Special Needs in the Arab Sector, Southern Triangle Region The Regional Family Advancement Center was established at the Sindian – Beit Issie Shapira Center at Kalansua. The objective of the center is to meet the needs and provide various solutions for families raising children with special needs under the age of 21. The center works with families in the southern Triangle area, which has a population of close to 100,000.
