1. The document discusses the development of framelets for multiple use. Framelets are small, reusable software components that can be combined to create applications.
2. It involves two pilot applications to test the framelet approach, with a focus on small functions and user involvement.
3. Tests will be based on the two pilot applications, and the process allows for double change requests.

Track Keynote for the Quality Management Track at the IBM Rational Software Conference 2009
Quality driven software delivery is a team sport, and every member of that team shares responsibility for enterprise quality management. This track is dedicated to the IBM Rational tools and industry best practices that can help software development teams improve the functionality, performance, and availability of complex applications. Attendees gain in-depth guidance from experienced IBM experts and customers on topics ranging from deep code analysis to system test automation and management, all enabled by the tools and capabilities in the IBM(R) Rational quality management portfolio. Learn how to work with existing resources and how to overcome schedule constraints in order to increase productivity and value to the organization while enhancing project success. This track is for testers and others on the project team - analysts, architects, developers, and deployment managers - looking for valuable, actionable information that can be used to build quality into applications from the beginning.
Are Your Applications Delivering What Your End-Users Expect?Compuware APM
The end user experience is a critical pillar of application performance management. It requires a global view that tracks the path of an application from data center through the Internet, and all the way to "the last mile" of delivery to the end user's computer or device.
Although a well-established discipline, traditional application performance management approaches provide highly silo'ed views of application delivery to the end user. A full picture requires breadth and depth, and a view of the full business impact.
Featured speakers, Tony Baer, Senior Analyst from independent research firm Ovum, and Compuware APM CTO Steve Tack to show:
• Why traditional monitoring doesn’t tell the full story
• The top 5 APM best practices
• How to build your APM roadmap: applying best practices and creating your performance journey
Deploying Access for 3G and 4G Mobile NetworksCisco Canada
This presentation will discuss SP Wifi requirements, components of an end-to-end solution, mobile packet core integration, call flows for typical deployments
Alcatel-Lucent Cloud: Network Functions Virtualization - The New Virtual Real...Alcatel-Lucent Cloud
Companies are facing cloud challenges; capacity expansion, commoditization, network and data center merging, network becoming a programmable platform, transformation at web speed. The answer is parallel scaling and the creation of the NFV Industry Group. NFV will greatly enhance the ability of "network applications" to elastically scale to meet changing demand patterns. Alcatel-Lucent is leading the way in this new reality.

Securing your Kubernetes cluster_ a step-by-step guide to success !KatiaHIMEUR1
Today, after several years of existence, an extremely active community and an ultra-dynamic ecosystem, Kubernetes has established itself as the de facto standard in container orchestration. Thanks to a wide range of managed services, it has never been so easy to set up a ready-to-use Kubernetes cluster.
However, this ease of use means that the subject of security in Kubernetes is often left for later, or even neglected. This exposes companies to significant risks.
In this talk, I'll show you step-by-step how to secure your Kubernetes cluster for greater peace of mind and reliability.

Removing Uninteresting Bytes in Software FuzzingAftab Hussain
Imagine a world where software fuzzing, the process of mutating bytes in test seeds to uncover hidden and erroneous program behaviors, becomes faster and more effective. A lot depends on the initial seeds, which can significantly dictate the trajectory of a fuzzing campaign, particularly in terms of how long it takes to uncover interesting behaviour in your code. We introduce DIAR, a technique designed to speedup fuzzing campaigns by pinpointing and eliminating those uninteresting bytes in the seeds. Picture this: instead of wasting valuable resources on meaningless mutations in large, bloated seeds, DIAR removes the unnecessary bytes, streamlining the entire process.
In this work, we equipped AFL, a popular fuzzer, with DIAR and examined two critical Linux libraries -- Libxml's xmllint, a tool for parsing xml documents, and Binutil's readelf, an essential debugging and security analysis command-line tool used to display detailed information about ELF (Executable and Linkable Format). Our preliminary results show that AFL+DIAR does not only discover new paths more quickly but also achieves higher coverage overall. This work thus showcases how starting with lean and optimized seeds can lead to faster, more comprehensive fuzzing campaigns -- and DIAR helps you find such seeds.
