This document provides information on how to increase profits at an equestrian centre, including tips on creating a business plan, marketing strategies, and funding opportunities. It recommends developing a business plan to share your vision, networking in the local community, understanding customers to tailor offerings, and researching various funding sources. The document also advertises a business planning workshop and coaching program to help equestrian centres develop plans, strategies, and applications for funding.
The document discusses solid state drives (SSDs) and their benefits over traditional hard disk drives (HDDs). SSDs offer much faster read/write speeds and lower power consumption compared to HDDs. A mixed configuration using both SSDs and HDDs is typically recommended, with "hot" frequently accessed data stored on SSDs and "cold" infrequently accessed data stored on HDDs. The document provides examples of workloads and applications that are good fits for SSDs, and also discusses technologies used in SSDs like single-level cells and multi-level cells. It also covers how to identify and move hot data to SSDs for the AIX and IBM i operating systems.
Implementation is for many the most difficult part of strategic management. This presentation gives advice on implementing in a period of incremental change.
Body Language - Understanding the Fundamentals and Your Influence - Thornton ...Neil Thornton HBA, MA
Body language provides 85% of the influence and information we perceive from others within the first 1-3 minutes of meeting them. Reading others involves understanding language patterns, tone of voice, posture, facial expressions, and other body language cues. These cues can provide clues about a person's emotions, level of comfort, attitudes, and how they view you, such as whether you inspire fear, friendship, attraction, or indifference. Mastering body language reading involves observing from a place of no preconceptions in order to pick up on the most subtle nonverbal signals that provide insights into how people present themselves and what they may be thinking or feeling beneath the surface.

This poem describes colorful gifts the author received from her aunts, including peacock blue bangles and an apple-green sari. However, the gifts symbolize her Pakistani culture that she feels rejected from and unable to fully embrace or understand. While the gifts are beautiful like stained glass, she cannot see completely through them, just as she cannot fully see her mixed cultural identity.

The document discusses various tools for developing Alexa skills including PyAlexa, Flask-Ask, AWS Lambda, and Zappa. It recommends Flask-Ask as a promising framework that does not require AWS Lambda for development, allowing testing on a local PC using Flask and Ngrok. Links are provided about Flask-Ask, tutorials on developing Alexa skills with Flask-Ask, and Zappa for deploying Flask apps to AWS Lambda.
