• With the current priority to train highly skilled and educated
Mongolian citizens capable of competing in our national
education system, its demands, and along with the global
development trends, it is essential to train the youth for
endurance and perseverance, and strengthen their willpower.

Definition and terms
Willpower:Willpower is the motivation
to exercise will. Exertion of will as self-
control may be viewed as a conflict of
desires, for example where we both
want to get angry and know that we
should not. From
a psychoanalytic position this looks like
a conflict between id and superego.

what they feel by applying their will to
overcome apathy, doubt or fear.” Dan

Results
• Today, certain people understand what it means, that “the willpower
is self-control of his or her own emotions, senses, and focus, thus
affecting their personal health, financial status, personal
relationships and professional success”. Most of us are aware of our
thoughts and purposes in our daily life to make our life better than
the day before, but we often find ourselves getting off the track,
losing control and led by emotions. The main reason for this is lack
of willpower and not being able to accomplish our dreams and goals.
It is seen broadly in the training practices; often by dropping out of
school or being addicted to bad habits. Based on these realistic
causes, we have done an experiment on student groups and they
have been learning the ability to express themselves at a stable rate.
The results of the study to observe at programs to support the
personal development, psychological counseling and quantum
psychology practice will be able to use.
How to Improve Your
Willpower
Increase your capacity for pressure: Learn how to
manage stress
• “Neuroscientists have discovered
that when you ask the brain to
meditate, it gets better not just
at meditating, but at a wide
range of self-control skills,
including attention, focus, stress
management, impulse control,
and self-awareness.”
Encourage yourself to stick to your plan
• Every time you tell yourself “I can’t”, you’re creating a feedback
loop that is a reminder of your limitations. This terminology
indicates that you’re forcing yourself to do something you don’t
want to do.
Get more sleep to help your brain manage energy
better
• Sleep deprivation (even just getting
less than six hours a night) is a
kind of chronic stress that impairs
how the body and brain use
energy. The prefrontal cortex is
especially hard hit and it loses
control over the regions of the
brain that create cravings and the
stress response
Postpone things for later to gain focus on what’s
important now
• Postponing something you really shouldn’t have can be
effective if you’re trying to break a bad habit. In Willpower:
Rediscovering the Greatest Human Strength, explains that
people who tell themselves “not now, but later,” are
generally less tormented by the temptation of something they
are trying to avoid (his example is eating chocolate cake).
Conclusion
• Having a clear understanding of coaching the willpower, there
will be a decreased social stress and the youth will be able to
work with enthusiasm and achieve their set goals.

FOR ATTENTION
If you want to improve your willpower, try this 5
minute meditation.
• Sit comfortably with your spine straight, and for the first few
moments allow yourself to settle in so you can stay still.
• Notice any urges to move, scratch an itch, adjust or fidget and
see if you can feel the sensations and not follow them.
• Bring your attention to your breath and as your breathe in, just
in your mind say to yourself “inhale” and “exhale” as you
breathe out.
• When your mind wonders off, and it will, just gently bring it back
to the breath, again and again.

Introduction • With the current priority to train highly skilled and educated Mongolian citizens capable of competing in our national education system, its demands, and along with the global development trends, it is essential to train the youth for endurance and perseverance, and strengthen their willpower.

  • 6. Definition and terms Willpower:Willpower is the motivation to exercise will. Exertion of will as self- control may be viewed as a conflict of desires, for example where we both want to get angry and know that we should not. From a psychoanalytic position this looks like a conflict between id and superego. • “Willpower is the key to success. Successful people strive no matter what they feel by applying their will to overcome apathy, doubt or fear.” Dan Millman • Psyche:Classical Mythology. a perso nification of the soul, (lowercase) the human soul, spirit, or mind. • (lowercase) Psychology, Psychoanaly sis. the mental or psychological struct ure of a person, especially as a motive force. • Neoplatonism. the second emanation of the One, regarded as a universal consciousness and as the animating principle of the world.

Results • Today, certain people understand what it means, that “the willpower is self-control of his or her own emotions, senses, and focus, thus affecting their personal health, financial status, personal relationships and professional success”. Most of us are aware of our thoughts and purposes in our daily life to make our life better than the day before, but we often find ourselves getting off the track, losing control and led by emotions. The main reason for this is lack of willpower and not being able to accomplish our dreams and goals. It is seen broadly in the training practices; often by dropping out of school or being addicted to bad habits. Based on these realistic causes, we have done an experiment on student groups and they have been learning the ability to express themselves at a stable rate. The results of the study to observe at programs to support the personal development, psychological counseling and quantum psychology practice will be able to use.

Increase your capacity for pressure: Learn how to manage stress • “Neuroscientists have discovered that when you ask the brain to meditate, it gets better not just at meditating, but at a wide range of self-control skills, including attention, focus, stress management, impulse control, and self-awareness.”
  • 14. Encourage yourself to stick to your plan • Every time you tell yourself “I can’t”, you’re creating a feedback loop that is a reminder of your limitations. This terminology indicates that you’re forcing yourself to do something you don’t want to do.

Get more sleep to help your brain manage energy better • Sleep deprivation (even just getting less than six hours a night) is a kind of chronic stress that impairs how the body and brain use energy. The prefrontal cortex is especially hard hit and it loses control over the regions of the brain that create cravings and the stress response
  • 16. Postpone things for later to gain focus on what’s important now • Postponing something you really shouldn’t have can be effective if you’re trying to break a bad habit. In Willpower: Rediscovering the Greatest Human Strength, explains that people who tell themselves “not now, but later,” are generally less tormented by the temptation of something they are trying to avoid (his example is eating chocolate cake).
  • 17. Conclusion • Having a clear understanding of coaching the willpower, there will be a decreased social stress and the youth will be able to work with enthusiasm and achieve their set goals.

If you want to improve your willpower, try this 5 minute meditation. • Sit comfortably with your spine straight, and for the first few moments allow yourself to settle in so you can stay still. • Notice any urges to move, scratch an itch, adjust or fidget and see if you can feel the sensations and not follow them. • Bring your attention to your breath and as your breathe in, just in your mind say to yourself “inhale” and “exhale” as you breathe out. • When your mind wonders off, and it will, just gently bring it back to the breath, again and again.
