Project_2 Analysis of WATER VENDING MACHINE of Voltas Water Solutions Ltd.
Role FEA Engineer
Work This is a huge structure involving hundreds of parts made of sheet metal with lot of mating
interfaces and required careful attention in pre-processing. Shell mesh was created for 4 different
models of different capacities, to understand the impact on the results of different types of models
on the end results.
Description FE modeling of some part has done, connections were given at required locations and prepared
input deck for Ansys solver in hyper mesh and mating interfaces is done by using 1-D elements.
This task involves structural integrity evaluation of Water vending machine under internal
pressure due to stored water content by includingself-weight.

2. Project_3 Analysis of DOWN THE HOLE HAMMER (DTH) of KLR- Industries
Role FEA Engineer
Work The DTH- Hammer assembly tool used for drilling bore wells and involved critical attention in pre-
processing using Brick meshing. The project involved finding out Von-Mises stress distribution,
maximum stress for checking strength of tool buttons in the DTH.
Description The analysis involves the strength calculation of the assembly under external pressure around the
tool buttons and also another task involves 1G (self-weight) + external load analysis of the
mentioned structure along with the Modal analysis to find out the natural frequencies and mode
shapes of the structure, as it undergoes severe vibrations during itsoperation.

Project_4 Analysis of RAISE BORE TOOL(RBT) of KLR- Industries
Role FEA Engineer
Work FE Modeling of Raise Bore Tool for the Drilling Rigs using Tetrahedral meshing. This is a complex
and critical structure which involves careful meshing with stringent quality parameters. The
Objective of the current FEA is to evaluate the structural integrity (displacements and stresses) of
the Raise Bore Tool (RBT) assembly.
Description This task involves 1G (self-weight) + external loadanalysis of the mentioned structure along with
the Modal analysis to find out the natural frequencies and mode shapes of the structure, as it
undergoes severe vibrations during itsoperation.

Project_5 Analysis of DUAL CHAMBER PRESSURE VESSEL
Role FEA Engineer
Work The dual chamber pressure vessel is a safety first assembly and involved critical attention in pre-
processing using second order tetrahedral meshing, while keeping in mind the limitation on
the hardware resources.
Description Numerical analysis is done using ANSYS for the Machine strength of DCPV. It involves the
strength calculation of the assembly under internal pressure inside the pressure chambers and the
FEA results were correlated with hand calculations according to ASME BPV standards.
