Credits and credit related information is available to a large number of user groups. This includes
DIRECTV and non-DIRECTV personnel providing Customer support for customer inquiries, primarily

The Mercury Readership and Analytics system (MRA) will be the central warehouse and reporting system
for data on research consumption by Citi clients. Data will be collected from sources which include
traditional content providers such as Bloomberg, Thomson and Reuters, content portals owned by
Citigroup such as GEO and SmithBarney.com, and direct client distribution channels such as e-mail
alerts. The data from these sources will be aggregated to facilitate reporting and analysis.
MRA is a component of the larger Mercury project, which is a joint CIRA-Equities effort to improve
distribution of Research content. Other components of Mercury with which this project interacts include
Mercury Content Delivery Network (MCDN) and Mercury Delivery Channel Manager (MDCM).
