analyze the performance of organization based on certain metrics. This analysis helps the client to forecast their
business so that they can take the necessary steps.
• TCLBI also prepares the performance dashboard for different sales Hierarchy units so that system automatically

and published as Email,HTML Link,PDF’s,standalone videos as well as embedded videos. Now the readership team

publications like.
• There are multiple system to collect the data into warehouse based on the nature of the data like Master Data for
all the publication,Author ,vendors is captured from One system (RDH). In the similar fashion, Data for HTML
Clicks is captured from Piwik, Then there comes some videos stat data from one different system. We as a
Datawarehouse team, Collects the data from various sources and Load the data into Staging table first and then
we load the data into Warehouse by means of transformation. We write the PL/SQL Stored procedure and Talend
jobs for extraction and loading data into various Dimension and Fact table.
• Once data from various sources get consolidated into warehouse, Now the business wants to analyze the data
based on some metrices like “No of reads”,”No of publication”,”No of users”,”Most viewed Publication” etc. We
use SAP BO for building the report on the warehouse data. First Data foundation layer is prepared with the help
Database tables and then Business layer is prepared on top of it so that Users can make their ad-hoc reports.
