ACADEMIC INTERNSHIP/PROJECTS:
Performance Appraisal methods in an organisation Febrauary-2014
(Value Momentum Software Solutions Pvt Ltd – Hyderabad)
 As an HR intern, I have worked on the topic of performance appraisal system of the employees.
 I followed a survey method to identify the satisfaction level of the employees regarding the method
followed by the company to appraise the employees.
 A report was prepared to help the company identify their level of performance towards the
employees. The report showed the company outlook towards their biasness in reviewing the
performance of the employees.
 I have personally worked under an HR manager and assisted her in obtaining the statistical data
(performance appraisal method).
 Data analysis and interpretation was done to show how many employees were satisfied with the
method and they were asked to rate their own performance and it was compared with the company's
report on performance. The gap was filled and more suggestions were given on rewards and
incentives to the employees.
Social & Useful Productive Activity(SUPA) December2014-January 2015
(Waste Wise Trust – Bangalore)
 Social & Useful Productive Activity was done in Waste Wise Trust (WWT), which deals with
encouraging the concept of "zero landfill" and also involves segregation of waste at source.
 Waste Wise Trust (WWT) collaborates with companies in Electronic City and takes the waste
generated by them to recycle them in their facility. It accepts all kinds of dry, wet , garden and reject
waste.
 As an HR intern, I have organised a medical camp for the workers, conducted a workshop on personal
hygiene. I was also involved in designing ID cards for the workers with the help of design team.
My major accomplishmentinvolves in helpingthe trust to collaboratewith two specific companies namely
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Karnataka State Small Industries Development Corporation Ltd (KSSIDC) in
Electronic City in Bangalore.
ACCOLADES/AWARDS/ACHIEVEMENTS:
I. Have been one of the coordinators of “ BEST MANAGER EVENT” of XIMERA 2014
II. Participated actively in HR events conducted by HRUDAY,HR club of XIME 2014
III. Awarded a Gold medal for my outstandingacademic performanceduringmy Graduation 2014
IV. Awarded the Outstanding Student Award for Academic Achievements at VIGNAN UNIVERSITY 2014
V. Received an award of Academic Excellence and scholarship amount during my First and Second
years of my Graduation 2012 & 2013
VI. Achieved a rank of 2 for Business Planning in Management duringa National Fest 2013
VII. Actively participated in International Dance Festival 2010
VIII. Took part in State level Dance competition 2009
