Also representing our Region will be:

Stirling.
Faye Doorbar and Tonia Gabriel, who are using the music 'Mission Impossible', throwing 'Caution to

NEKFA PANORAMA OF MUSIC ANDDANCE - 23rd JUNE 2018
Hopefully you have got your tickets for Panorama but if not, please do buy them now (from
your Branch Rep or from Marilyn). You will be missing out on a spectacular show if not!
We only have one performance this year, at 2pm, due to rising costs and lower sales, so
tickets will be more limited, therefore get in early!
It is once more being held at the Dolphin Centre, Darlington, and the staff there are very
keen for us to continue holding our show there.
This year we will be showcasing our branch teams, four North East teams, our Festival
Teams and of course our fantastic Youth Moves and Young Adult teams.
We are presently looking at a date for our 2019 show - as our National Championships
will be held on 14/15 June 2019, our NE Panorama will need to be held on either 23rd or
30th June. We will confirm the date as soon as possible.
Meanwhile, we hope to see you on 23rd June.

KFAMoves Darlington raised £100 for the Alzheimer's Society by doing a 6 mile walk circumnavigating
Newton Aycliffe, taken by 7 ladies, at a charge of £5.00 each, with the remainder of the amount being
made up of donations from current active and past honorary members who could not participate, as well
as a donation from Branch funds. Margaret Howe led the walk through the attractive features of the area
where she lives. The route we took is a designated walk through Newton Aycliffe and was designed to
take in the town's natural environment. It is beautifully situated, with the streams, trees and wildlife that
we passed along. Away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre it encompasses a lake, carrying
on over the famous Blue Bridge, which I had never been over (only under), on through a wood to the
nature reserve where you can observe the great crested newts. We lunched in Stephenson's Park,
continued up through the plantation, before completing our circular journey back to Aycliffe Railway
Station set below Oakleaf Leisure Centre.

KFAMoves South Tyneside had a 'Line Dance Workout' on Friday 23rd March 2018, led by teacher Ethel
Ramsey. We raised £103 for the Alzheimer's Society. We had a good mix of Keep Fitters & Line
Dancers - it is fun to work together. £1 Lucky bags also made a good profit instead of a raffle.
