Narrated Business Proposal for the Philadelphia Eaglescamrynascott12
Slide 1:
Welcome, and thank you for joining me today. We will explore a strategic proposal to enhance parking and traffic management at Lincoln Financial Field, aiming to improve the overall fan experience and operational efficiency. This comprehensive plan addresses existing challenges and leverages innovative solutions to create a smoother and more enjoyable experience for our fans.
Slide 2:
Picture this: It’s a crisp fall afternoon, driving towards Lincoln Financial Field. The atmosphere is electric—tailgaters grilling, fans in Eagles jerseys creating a sea of green and white. The air buzzes with camaraderie and anticipation. You park, join the throng, and make your way to your seat. The stadium roars as the Eagles take the field, sending chills down your spine. Each play is a thrilling dance of strategy and skill. This is what being an Eagles fan is all about—the joy, the pride, and the shared experience.
Slide 3:
But now, the day is marred by frustration. The excitement wanes as you struggle to find a parking spot. The congestion is overwhelming, and tempers flare. The delays mean you miss the pre-game excitement, the tailgate camaraderie, and even the opening kick-off. After the game, the joy of victory or the shared solace of defeat is overshadowed by the stress of navigating out of the parking lot. The gridlock, honking horns, and endless waiting drain the energy and joy from what should have been an unforgettable experience.
Our proposal aims to eliminate these frustrations, ensuring that from arrival to departure, your experience is extraordinary. Efficient parking and smooth traffic flow are key to maintaining the high spirits and excitement that make game days special.
Slide 4:
The Philadelphia Eagles are not just a premier NFL team; they are an integral part of the community, hosting games, concerts, and various events at Lincoln Financial Field. Our state-of-the-art stadium is designed to provide a world-class experience for every attendee. Whether it's the thrill of game day, the excitement of a live concert, or the camaraderie of community events, we pride ourselves on delivering a fan-first experience and maintaining operational excellence across all our activities. Our commitment to our fans and community is unwavering, and we continuously strive to enhance every aspect of their experience, ensuring they leave with unforgettable memories.
Slide 5:
Recent trends show an increasing demand for efficient event logistics. Our customer feedback has consistently highlighted frustrations with parking and traffic. Surveys indicate that a significant number of fans are dissatisfied with the current parking situation. Comparisons with other venues like Citizens Bank Park and Wells Fargo Center reveal that we lag in terms of parking efficiency and convenience. These insights underscore the urgent need for innovation to meet and exceed fan expectations.
Slide 6:
As we delve into the intricacies of our operations, one glaring issue emer

Belgium vs Romania Injuries and Patience in Belgium’s Euro Cup Germany Squad....Eticketing.co
Belgium coach Domenico Tedesco will wait for several key players to recover from injury. Even if it means they miss the opening Euro Cup Germany stages of the European Championship in Germany this month. Veteran defender Jan Vertonghen, midfielder Youri Tielemans and defender Arthur. Theate are being given time to play in the tournament because they are considered vital to Belgium’s cause, Tedesco said on Tuesday.

"Of course, you prefer to take players who are fully fit, but that's okay. We want to wait and be patient for some players even if they cannot play in those first matches," he told a press conference. The 37-year-old Vertonghen, Belgium’s Euro Cup 2024 most-capped international with 154 appearances, is struggling to shake off a groin injury.
"He will be there normally. This also applies to Youri Tielemans and Arthur Theate. The latter's position is very sensitive. We don't have many choices at left back. "It will only change if it turns out that they will only be available when, say, the final of the Euro 2024 Championship comes around. That's too long to wait. "However, I am confident that the injured boys are on track for the Euros.
Belgium vs Romania: Radu Dragusin Prepares for Crucial Role in Euro Cup Germany
Some of them have taken not one but two steps forward in their rehabilitation," he said. None of the injured players will feature in this week’s warm-up friendlies against Montenegro and Luxembourg. Romania centre-back Radu Dragusin found chances limited at Tottenham Hotspur in the second half of the 2023-24 season.
But is crucial to his country's cause at UEFA Euro 2024 where his aerial ability, physicality and hard graft make him a standout player. The 22-year-old moved to North London from Italian side Genoa in January but was kept on the sidelines by the form of another new arrival for the season, Mickey van de Ven, something Romania coach Edward Iordanescu admitted was a concern.
It will mean limited game-time going into the finals, but Dragusin, who cites Netherlands defender Virgil van Dijk as a role model, started every Euro Cup Germany qualifier as Romania went through the campaign unbeaten in their 10 games. He will be among their most important players in their first game in Germany against Ukraine in Munich on June 17, taking the right centre-back role in what is likely to be a back four.

2. ™SPECTRUM DANCE TEAM AT THE PULSE 2017 ON SUNDAY 19 MARCH AT DURHAM JOHNSON SCHOOL
Spectrum Dance Team performed at the
Pulse (a Youth Dance England) event on
Sunday. As well as looking fantastic
their performance was wonderful and
we are all extremely proud of them.
Their dance piece was called Evolution
and was created from the theme Body
Parts Leading. The group created and
developed their dance motifs in small
groups, then evolved the piece by
sharing ideas across the group.
WELL DONE SPECTRUM DANCE - KEEP
UP THE GREAT WORK!
EASTER DANCE WORKSHOP
Janet Balfour held a 4 day workshop at Park
View, Chester le Street.
The photos are from the first day of the
workshop, where the girls listened to the
music and thought of lots of action words,
then started to develop the dance, which
they performed on the final day to their
family and friends.
The girls were thrilled to perform it again,
as the audience wanted to see it a second time!
It was a great week, and Janet welcomed a new
member.
3. North EaU Region
Review
The 60th AGM of KFAMoves North East Region took
place at Park View School (North Lodge), Lombard Drive,
Chester le Street.
Ann Bayley, President, opened the meeting.
Great workout sessions were led by teachers Christine Chapman, Nicola Pilmoor and
Catherine Gilsenan, using a variety of music and movements.
Mandy Wardle exercised our brains with a training session on the Cardiovascular
System.
Thanks also, to Christine Chapman and Carol Yeomans for the refreshments and
afternoon tea, Joan Holmes for the raffle, and Margaret Howe for handcrafted cards.
Regarding officer roles, all current Executive Committee Officers were elected to stand
again. However, no-one had come forward to take on the roles of Chair and Secretary for
2017/2018. The Chair asked for urgent nominations from the membership to come forward and
shadow both the Chair and Secretary roles, with a view to taking on those roles effectively in
2018. However, as there were no other nominations, Lynne and Marilyn agreed to continue in
their respective roles for the coming year. Lynne Casey, Chair, gave her report of the year's
events.
Following the AGM, everyone was treated to Youth Moves performances. All the girls
stayed after their performances and thoroughly enjoyed their tea. They would like to thank the
North East for making them so welcome.

Euphoria interpret "Another Day of Sun" from the Movie "La La Land".
The girls, who are 7-11 years old, performed amazingly complex and fun choreography very well indeed. Most
enjoyable to watch.
Natasha Rice, aged 9 from Newker Primary School, said: "It was a great choice of song, and I loved dancing to it.'
Ellie, aged 11, also from Newker Primary School, said: 'It was an amazing experience! I really enjoyed dancing.
I wish I could do it again."

VOLUNTEER OF THE YEAR AWARDS
J«
Winner of Volunteer Recognition Award for
Committee Member-Sylvia Hocking
Sylvia has been a member of the KFA
for 56 years and a teacher for 47 years,
and has served on many local, regional
and national committees during that
time. She has served on the North East
KFA Executive Committee, with just a
short break for health reasons, for the
last 45 years. Sylvia has also been a
member of many North East and
National Training Committees and sits
on the North East Events Committee,
assisting with a number of regional
events. She always attends regularly,
and although of late ill health has been a
problem, she still gives 100%.
She has served as Vice Chair of the North East Executive Committee, and also as Equity Officer,
and is now standing down after giving so much time to the organisation she loves. She will,
however, remain on the North East Events Committee, and her input will be appreciated.
Sylvia is fully committed to the KFA, and she supports everyone from new members to long-
serving members. She brings a great sense of humour and a fun personality, but also a strong sense
of pride and loyalty. She stands up for what she believes in, and gives her opinion willingly but
with great thought and sensitivity and always constructively. Sylvia can always be counted on to
give sage advice and to offer help when needed, and has a strong teamwork ethic.
Sylvia has not only been a committed committee member, but has been a long-serving teacher and
trainer who has encouraged new members and teachers. She gives her time willingly to assist and
encourage our North East Teams and teachers by passing on her movement experience and
expertise.
Lynne Casey (Chair of KFAMoves North East), was honoured to present the award.
6. Winner of Volunteer Recognition Award for Member - Sally Mizen
Sally has been a member of South Tyneside
Branch for 45 years. She spent some years
teaching KFA classes, but due to ill health
she had to give up teaching and joined Ann
Brown's class as a member. Sally is an
active participant in her regular weekly class,
and attends Branch and Regional workouts,
fundraising events, and Panorama as a
spectator.
Sally is a very cheerful, down-to-earth
person, liked by everyone in the class, and is
always willing to help others. She is also
now a very proud grandma, as her
granddaughter is continuing the family Keep
Fit tradition and is a member of Chester-le-
Street Youth Moves Team which performed
at the North East AGM 2017.
Sally was delighted to accept the Award from
Marilyn Laverick (Secretary of KFAMoves North East).
Winner of the Grace Taylor Membership Trophy - Stockton
This year marks the 21st anniversary of the
Grace Taylor Trophy, which is normally
awarded to the KFA Branch which achieves
the highest annual percentage increase in
membership within the North East Region.
As at 28th February, (the cut-off date), no
branch had increased their membership, so
the trophy has been awarded to the branch
with the lowest percentage decrease.
The branch that has won the trophy in 2017,
and for the first time, is STOCKTON.
Judith Cossavella, Regional Membership
Registrar, was delighted to present the trophy
to Ann Coppick who, as President of Stockton KFA, accepted on behalf her Branch.

9. Are you in the top fifth ?
Playing the piano, singing and dancing boost wellbeing in
later life, researchers have concluded.
The Wellbeing Index Report, from Age UK and the University
of Southampton, analysed data from 15,000 people aged 60
and over.
The results showed that taking part in creative activities such
as the Arts had the most direct influence in improving a
person's wellbeing in later life.
Activities included dancing, playing a musical instrument, visiting museums, photography, singing
painting and writing. The report found that all the people in the top fifth for well - being were involved in
some form of creative and cultural activity.
They were also four times more likely than the bottom fifth to be involved in social pursuits, such as
being a member of a social or sports club. Most had two or more friends and nine out of ten did some
form of exercise.
Those in the top fifth for well - being had considerably higher thinking skills in cognitive tests - such as
numeracy and recalling words.
Only one out of five people in the top fifth lived alone while one in five cared for another person, they did
so less intensely than those in the bottom fifth. People in this top fifth group also rated neighbourliness
higher while 75% had no long standing illness or disability
Some 85% also owned their own home outright and had an average financial wealth of over £50,000.

10. Keeping Up with Keeping Fit
By Eva McMain
My Dad was ambidextrous, so in our family scene
One child veered right, another left, and one was in between. «•*'*' "**'
Our genes and chromosomes, they say, determine many things
Like how we sit and move and feel, or see-saw from mood swings.
It's taken such a long time - more than half a century -
To begin to really feel at home with the person that is ME.
The reason Fm relating this is, if, by grave mischance
You get me as PUPIL or PARTNER in the dance,
You'll make a special effort. I ask, as a request,
Your tolerance of one who doesn't function like the rest.
Since Ijoined the keep fit group with lovely people in it,
I know the test of friendship has been stretched beyond the limit.
Keeping fit is excellent, but when I take the floor
And somehow muddle through the hour
It's THE REST I'm sorry for!
I cannot move from right to left with ease (no green light flashes).
My body does theopposite - there have been head-on clashes.
You might think I don't listen - that I do not care ajot.
The truth is my appendages just tie themselves in knots.
The Grapevine and the Arabesque keep others on their toes,
But our teacher (she agrees with me), we never mention those.
The that onewhere youcock your legandturn - it makes medizzy -
So I let the others do the Pirouettes in case my feet go fizzy.
Then there's the little matter of where to find a space.
I like to be quite certain I can see the teacher's face.
She will keep calling "Come up front, there's lots of room down here!"
(When I would rather she shut up and did not interfere).
Another trick she's got that I care for not at all
Is when Fm doing nicely with my back against the wall.
She puts usthrough a sequence - oneofthose fancy stunts -
Then we've all turned back upon ourselves, and I find Fm AT THE FRONT.
I think I'm making progress now. I've mastered Do-se-doh's.
And if it's not an off-day, I can sometimes touch my toes.
We've all heard others boasting, they brag about their Fred
He's super blooming wonder even standing on his head.
I really cannot claim that one, but the other adage true,
10
11. "I can do it with my eyes shut" (well, 1very often do!)
Another thing (I'm not alone - cross me heart, I know it's so)
I caught our teacher at it and what's more SHE KNOWS I KNOW.
Do you think it would be better if they segregated some?
I wouldn't be offended, 'cos I really like to come.
Or p'raps we'd all be happy if a class was just designed
For highlighting the problems like those I've brought to mind.
Or is it best to carry on and stifle the inner groans?
Just put it down to my old man and me AMBIDEXTERONES!
(Eva was formerly an active member of KFA Darlington, but is now in a Nursing Home.
This is one of her little poems which always contributed to the fun of the classes)

In Memory
Audrey Charlton
We at Darlington Branch sadly lost a much loved friend and keep fitter,
Audrey Charlton, in April. She was a dedicated member of the Branch,
and a Committee member for many years.
Audrey took part in many Panoramas and social events. She was always
full of life and enthusiasm, with that special sparkle that she brought with
her.
We will all miss her very much.

12. Exercise for people over 50 ! ?
With a 5lb potato bag in each hand, extend your arms straight out from your sides and hold
them there as long as you can.
Try to reach a full minute, then relax.
Each day you'll find that you can hold the position for just a little bit longer.
After a couple of weeks, move up to 10lb potato bags.
Then try 50lb potato bags and then eventually try
to get to where you can hold a 100lb potato bag in
each hand. Hold your arms straight for more than
a full minute.
I'm at this level now.
After you feel confident at that level, put a potato
in each bag.
