1.1 - RECREATION: We commonly called recreation to time dedicated to
activities that are not relacionated with working neither essential
household chores. Sometimes it’s also called leisure or free time.
It is absolutly different from the time we spend on necesary activities for
life like eating, sleeping, doing homework for a certain need, etc.
Recreation activities are those that we do in our free time and we do not do
by obligation.

1.2 - SPORT RECREATION: kind of recreation in which the free time is
taken by physical activities, usually sports or games.
The physical movement is basic.
