They had planned to attend the spring football game but it was cancelled due to rain. Instead, they went to Fat Patty's and used the time to get to know each other better. They discussed where they were from, their majors, and favorite sports. Maddie knew one of Rickie's friends from the same county. They also talked about being ready for the semester to end and looking forward to summer.

Sporting Event
On Saturday, April 25 we attempted to go to the spring football game, but it got rained
out so we went to Fat Patty’s and hung out. We took the time to get to know each other. We
talked about where we were from; I actually found out that Maddie knew my friend Druw who is
from my county. She is from Barboursville and is a nursing major. Cora is also a nursing major,
she is from Jackson, Ohio. Cora’s favorite sport is volleyball. We talked about how we were all
ready for this semester to be over and how we couldn’t wait for summer time.
