A little information about me and the project:
My name is Jonathan O Toole and I am designing a Device to help infants with Spina bifida, Down syndrome and
cerebral palsy aged 12 to 24 months to walk at an earlier stage of development. This product would be used in
your home and would be given to you by your child’s physiotherapist. This questionnaire is to help me design the
product with the infant’s parents in mind. The questionnaire is divided into two sections the first is general
information about you and your child the second section are questions related to the product.

Some time in the New Year I would like to run a focus group with some parent. At
this focus group I will have my main concepts, some videos & pictures and test
models for viewing. I would like to get as many parents involved in this stage to
insure the best product for future infants. This will be a focus group to find out
the true wants and needs of the parents. If you think you would be interested in

advance and it will be held in the Mid-Western Spina Bifida Clinic, Ballysimion
road, Limerick it should take between half an hour to an hour.
