A TYPICAL DISH OF SPAIN IS
THE OMELETTE WITH POTATOE

OR …’SPANISH OMELETTE’
INGREDIENTS
• 4 eggs
• 5 medium potatoes
• olive oil

• salt
PREPARATION
1-Peel and wash the potatoes. Cut
them into thin slices. Wash them
again.
2-Fry the potatoes in a friying pan
with quite olive oil, whitout they
get brown.
3-Beat the eggs in a bowl.
4-Add the potatoes to the eggs
and put a little part of salt.
5-Heat up a little of olive oil in a
smaller frying pan.
6-Put the mixture in the frying
pan. Stir a bit the mixture. When
it curdles, cooks the other side.
You can put onion to the omelette too
(frying it at the same time than the
potatoes in very small pieces).
