This document provides a recipe for a traditional Spanish dish called Spanish omelette or tortilla española. The recipe calls for eggs, potatoes, olive oil and salt. To make it, thinly sliced potatoes are fried in olive oil and then added to beaten eggs along with a bit of salt before frying the mixture in a pan until set on both sides. Optionally, thinly sliced onions can also be added and fried with the potatoes.
