 The cuisine is a way of preparing various of
dishes enriched by the country of various
religions that made up the country.
 It was influenced by the people ,throughout the
history who have conquered the territory of
that country.
 There are dishes which are served customarily
during certain holidays that are unique.
 There are some unique dishes in different
countries and regions too.
Paella is served during springtime festivals.
During Christmas, this dish is served as
their tradition. Specifically in the southern
regions.
Tortillas are more like omelettes in Spain.
We are used to hearing that this Dish is from
Mexico.
