Southern Bio Energy Co., Ltd. is the Wood Pellet industrial company. Address 146/1 Moo.3
Surat-Thakurpa Rd, Bangmadaor, Punpin, Suratthani 84130. We produce Wood Pellet from
saw dust of "Rubber tree" for support demand of energy requirement in industrial suction.
Especially Bio-energy for reduce pollution from production that effect to environmental.
The government' policy of many country plan to change fuel for Fossil fuel that make high
pollution to be Bio-energy fuel that make low pollution such as Korea Japan and China.
We make high quality Wood Pellet and has certificated of international standard,
so demand of is high from Local and Foreign customer. Our capacity is approx 500 tons/month.
Main customer is Local and some broker of foreign customer.
At Southern of Thailand, agriculture economy is "Rubber wood", We have a lot of raw
material for Wood Pellet production that advantage for raw material cost and source,
so we can make long-term sale contact without problem of raw material shortage.
The company establish in 11 Dec 2014 with registered capital 16,000,000 Baht.
We spend time to develop and increases quality of Wood Pellet for long time
because production process of “Rubber wood” is different indetail and key factor.
We can success development to make high quality Wood Pellet from “Rubber tree”
and sale to customer pass 3 years. However the demand of Wood Pellet is growing up quickly
and the order from Korea and Japan is coming higher, our capacity 500 tons/month
is not enough to support customer.
We plan to increase capacity up to 5,000 tons/month with 10,000,000 Baht to investment
in period time within 3 months to finish that goal. The business make profit by 20%
so can believe business can be success and return of investment within 3 years.

2.1 Business concept
According to air pollution and fuel shortage problem are the reason why people interesting
Bio energy and Clean energy. Clean energy is the best way to reduce air pollution but
in short-term is not suitable because clean energy has high investment and long time return but
Bio energy is easy. It can be mix or switch with fossil fill.
In Thailand, “Rubber tree” is agriculture economy especially Southern area.
After 25-30 years “Rubber tree” will be harvest and plant again. “Rubber tree”
will go to wood industrial so some part of “Rubber tree” and saw dust will become to
raw material of Wood Pellet.
The Wood Pellet has high Heating value can be use for boiler or power plant industrial so
this is a reason why Wood Pellet famous in the market. However, not all of new coming in
Wood Pellet business will successful because some of them can not found the special know
how to make quality Wood Pellet.
We development 10 months to make high quality Wood Pellet and high capacity in same
size of machine so after increases capacity, We did not lose time to running test
or research anymore.
