2.  Add Intersection paver treatment at Dodd and Central intersection.
 Increase width of paver strip to 10' (minimum) for driving lanes.
 Have sidewalk repair work done as noted in pictures, including areas where
major cracking, scouring and tree root intrusion occur.
 Have clogged catch basins and inlets cleaned out.
 Confirm structural integrity of catch basin structures proposed to be tapped
into.
 Have point repair on catch basin lids and panel covers performed.
 As proposed in the 4/15/2013 meeting, a good placement of paver
neighborhood marker would be at Fulton and Windsor Street for the
Mechanicsville neighborhood.
