• Giotto developed by renowned test developer Prof John Rust 
Director of the Cambridge University Psychometric Centre. 
• Online or paper pencil (takes 20 mins to complete) 
• Standardised in SA on all race groups and across a broad range 
of occupational levels. 
• Giotto meets the criteria to be a psychological test and is 
classified as such by the Professional Board for Psychology 
(HPCSA). 
– Which means that it is not biased towards race/level of education; 
– is reliable and valid for use in the South African/African context.
