updates in real-time on day to day basis.
 Each user represents the concerned / responsible user at stakeholder’s end
to ensure performance based complete transparency.

 Each concerned user gets in-time notifications to ensure that the task
assigned is completed in-time without any delay.
 A planned 3 tier alert notification system ensures that if a user skips / likely
to skip any deadline then requisite action to be taken.
 The Project owner gets to see minute by minute progress on TV screen.
 If any delay is likely to take place due to circumstances beyond control then
concerned stakeholder(s) can take necessary action to complete the project
in-time or plan for extending the Project Delivery date with proper approval
mechanism.
