Dr. Ulrich Eder is a German Attorney-at-law
(Rechtsanwalt) and CertifiedTax Advisor (Steuerberater).
He is admitted to practice before the Higher Regional
Court of Düsseldorf (Oberlandesgericht Düsseldorf) and is a member
of the Düsseldorf Bar Association. His main activities cover advice and

Mr. Siddique has served as the Joint Managing Director and Board
Member of Srei Infrastructure Finance Ltd, one of the leading
infrastructure finance companies in India. Previously, he worked with
the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World
Bank Group, for more than 16 years, and before that, with Swiss Bank
Corporation (now UBS) in NewYork. Mr. Siddique is a Member of Board
and Chairman of the Credit and New Business Committees of the USD
800 million Emerging Africa Infrastructure Fund, and also serves as
Special Advisor to the Board of WaterTech Pte. Ltd, a Singapore water
company. He was formerly CEO of Hyflux Water Trust, a global water
fund, and Group EVP of Hyflux Ltd, one of the leading water companies
in Asia. Mr. Siddique holds an MBA from Cornell University, and B.Sc.
in Computer Science from University of Maryland.
