turnover growing from £103m (year ending July 31st 2008) to £113m (year
ending July 31st 2009) to £146m (year ending July 31st 2010). In the last
financial year alone this represents 29% growth. We are planning
continued growth for the year ending 31st July 2011 with a budgeted
revenue of £186m, representing 28% growth over last year. In the words of

    1. Software Licensing

Softcat is Microsoft's largest open licensing provider in the UK and deals directly as an Enterprise Large Account
Reseller globally. We hold four Gold competencies and every member of our sales team is certified as either a
Sales Expert or a Microsoft Certified Professional. We are a leading partner of all major software vendors
including Symantec, Adobe, Sophos, CA, Centennial, Citrix and McAfee and have a dedicated product manager
in-house for each of these. We have the Software Asset Management (SAM) Competency to assist with a variety
of requirements from merely managing assets through to full ISO19770-1 accreditation. Our knowledge and
experience of licensing is unrivalled in the marketplace.

    2. Hardware Infrastructure and Storage Solutions

We provide next day delivery as standard on the full range of hardware products from consumables to
enterprise solutions. Our expertise spans Mobile, Desktop, Server and Networking through to full SAN design
and implementation. Via our highly accredited Pre-Sales Team, expert advice is provided in specialist areas such
as server virtualisation and storage infrastructure. Through our extensive sourcing systems we can literally
supply any product in the market. Our strong relationships enable us to provide access to demonstration
centers, evaluation units, Global and European bid set up and access to product roadmaps.

    3. Network Security

Softcat were voted “Security Reseller of the year 2009” at the Microscope Aces Awards. We provide
independent security advice from our 2:1, technical to presales ratio, team. Our ethos; Support Enable Protect.
We offer Technical Consultancy, Technical Support, Business Consultancy and Business Assurance. We offer full
security solutions including secure remote access, data protection, e-mail & web filtering, e-mail & file archiving,
firewalls and policy compliance (PCI, ISO27001 etc). We also offer vulnerability and penetration tests with a
