Christopher Columbus colonization to America started when he convinced the king and queen of Spain to give him some boats, so that he could prove his theory. Then he sailed on the ocean, in the year 1492. He arrived in a new world, populated with dark-skinned savages, whom he educated and converted to the true gospel of Christ. Soon, people flocked to the new world, bringing the Negroes of Africa with them. People thought that the new land was a land of freedom, opportunity and wealth for Europeans immigrants, who were blessed by the watchful hand of providence. A perspective fails to recognize what the new world meant to thousands of Africans, who instead of freedom, found themselves in chains in the new world. The natives Americans also agree with the Africans thought, because that was their land and now they were victims of the European rules.
3. What are the primal factors that would help the Europeans in taking control over the Native Americans; develop each one of them?
The start of the European colonization of the Americas is typically dated to 1492, Spanish expedition headed by Christopher Columbus reached the Americas, after which European exploration and colonization rapidly expanded, at first through much of the Caribbean Sea region (including the islands of Hispaniola, Puerto Rico and Cuba) and, since the early 16th century, through the mainland’s of both North and South America. In 1497, John Cabot was the first European to land in North America. A year later, Columbus reached the South American mainland. Eventually, the entire Western Hemisphere would come under the domination of European nations, leading to profound changes to its landscape, population, and plant and animal life. In the 19th century alone over 50 million people left Europe for the Americas. The post-1492 era is known as the period of the Columbian Exchange.
4. Why is religion a basic force in the colonization of America?
The religion was the basic force in the colonization of America because it was the shield that the conquerors used to be able to have the support to come to America and to submit and to enslave the aborigines and this way to be able to extract all the wealth’s that they found in America.
5. Why is profit a basic force in the colonization of America?
Because of the poor soil, many people worked in the industries of fishing and lumber to earn money. The settlers also sold slaves in the south for profit.
6.
RELIGION AND PROFIT COME TOGETHER INTO A DEVIL’S POT, IT IS EVIDENT THAT IN PURSUING TO CONQUEST PEOPLES AND LANDS, RELIGION WAS ONLY A MORTAL SHIELD TO WHAT BECAME THE LOOTING AND HACKING OF OUR WEALTH AND COSTUMS TO THE EUROPEAN SETTLERS. ARE YOU IN AGREEMENT WITH THIS STATEMENT OR ARE WE BETTER OFF BEING CONQUERED BY A MORE ADVANCE CULTURE?, STATE YOUR ASSESMENT IN A COMPOSITION.

If we could be colonized by a more advanced culture? We would be different in all terms. It would be a different story and a different culture. But it’s better our conquered. Now we have different things around. It begun with a different culture and now it’s not the same culture as it used to be when we get conquered. If we were conquered by a more advanced culture eventually things probably would be the same. Things, changed.

To European people religion was important think that help us conquered. For them, all people have to think in the same church and God. But then, when people started to open in different thoughts how Europeans can think that they conquered us by the religion, if everybody change. So, the conquered would be different to the Europeans settlers.
