In this way, Kogi BBQ is able to cover the entire Los Angeles area, increase brand awareness and interact with customers. Currently Kogi has five trucks in circulation.
Kogi can also be found on Facebook as well. They have over 20,000 friends and use the account in the same way as Twitter providing information about where they are located and any traffic issues. What is important is the quality of their products and services. I read on Facebook that a customer wanted a free taco because he had waited in line for three hours. He wasn't in line because of Kogi's twitter account or Facebook account. He was there because the food is delicious.
