Helping Young unemployedpeopleenter the labour marketby
developing their soft skills.
SUMMARY/The main aim of the course :
To supportyoung unemployemendpeople to find the jobs ,
priorities to prepare the firststeps to take a hire which don’t have
the right soft skills .
OBJECTIVES:
Providinginformationaboutspecific opportunities, develop soft
skills , learning new strategies to find a job;
show opportunitiesin missing information like as EVS, Erasmus for
Young Entrepreneurs, NGO ‘s ;
develop softskills through non-formaleducation,e.g.
communicationskills,team work,working in an international
environments,presentationsskills, paneldiscussion
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
Supporthow to create a CV + cover letter , how to prepare for a job
interview , learningnew and developing existing softskills ,
entrepreneurialeducation,paid interships.
TARGET GROUP :
Young unemployemend people
ACTIVITIES :
Work shop , role plays , job interview imitation existing to a local
community like as NGO and center
