The same format can be used for updating the Mobile Number & PIN, should be
send from the registered mobile number which is in your profile.
SMS Request Formats
You need to Set Up 4 Digit PIN Number & Requesting Mobile Number in order to
start using this service.
To Set Up please Login into your account and Navigate to My Accounts ->
Interactive SMS Settings or Use the above option to Register

To Know your 10 Digit Recharge Number please login into your panel and
navigate to Recharge -> SMS Based Recharge
On Successful Transaction you will get an reply message on your registered
mobile number with transaction details, Sender ID of the message would be
“ETOPUP”

For making payment of Postpaid BSNL mobile, ‘ACCOUNT_NUMBER’ is
compulsory. To get the ACCOUNT_NUMBER please refer the bill. The
ACCOUNT_NUMBER should be appended with the MOBILE NUMBER using ‘ - ‘
(hyphen) without space in between.
