specific task based on the options selected by you during the call.
Using Paytm On-Call service
1. Anyone who has a Paytm account can use the On-Call service without the Internet.
2. This service will enable you to use services like send or pay money, recharge mobile
or logout of Paytm account.
3. If you do not have a Paytm account then you need to sign up on Paytm to use this
service.

4. How To Start Using Paytm On-Call Service

taraf se iss sandarbh mein ek call kiya

5. How To Start Using Paytm On-Call Service
1. You need to enter a 4 digit PIN, that you
want to use for your account.
2. You need to re-enter the same 4 digit
PIN.
Your PIN setup is done.
Note: Do not share your PIN with anyone.

Now you can proceed by selecting one
of the following options:
Press 1 – To send money to any Paytm
user
Press 2 – To end call

Press 2 – End call

6. Start Using Paytm On-Call service
You can send money to any Paytm user or recharge mobile without
the Internet by using the Paytm On-Call service.

Your will be informed about your wallet balance.
Now you can proceed by selecting the following:
• Press 1: To send money to any Paytm user
• Press 2: To repeat you last prepaid mobile recharge
• Press 9: If you have lost your mobile and you want to
logout of Paytm
• Press 0: To change On-Call service language

8. How To Send Money Using Paytm On-Call service
You can Send/Pay money to any Paytm user. Press 1 from the given options.
On successful transaction you will receive an SMS of confirmation and updated balance.
Enter the Paytm linked mobile number on which you
want to send money
Enter the amount to send
Enter your 4 digit Paytm PIN
The amount and mobile number will be re-confirmed by
On-Call Service
•To confirm – Press 1
•To repeat – Press 2

10. Recharge Mobile Using Paytm On-Call service
Paytm On-Call service will enable you to repeat your
last prepaid mobile recharge.
For example, If you have recharged 4 mobile numbers from your
Paytm account,
1. 9899013207 - Prepaid
2. 8130286541 - Postpaid
3. 9599722981 - Postpaid
4. 9716543065 – Postpaid
•During the call Paytm On-Call service will select your last
recharged prepaid mobile number, i.e., 9899013207(prepaid).
•Paytm On-Call service will not consider postpaid mobile
numbers for this service.

11. Recharge Mobile Using Paytm On-Call service
You can repeat your last prepaid mobile recharge. Press 2 from the given options.
Enter your 4 digit Paytm PIN
The amount of recharge and mobile number will be
confirmed by On-Call service.
•To confirm – Press 1
•To return to main menu – Press #
On successful transaction you will receive an SMS of confirmation.

13. How To Change Paytm On-Call service Language
You can change the language of your Paytm On-Call service – Press
0
To choose your desired Paytm On-Call service language, select from
the options below:

• Press 2 –
The language will be changed as per your selected option.

15. Logout of Paytm Using Paytm On-Call service
You can logout of your Paytm account using the Paytm On-Call service.
For example: In case of theft of your mobile phone, you can keep your Paytm wallet
secured by logging out.
To logout of Paytm Press 9 from the given options.
Your Paytm account will be logged out from all the devices.
Enter the mobile number that is lost
Re-enter the mobile number for confirmation
•To confirm you logout request – Press 1
•To return to main menu – Press #
