Markets were consolidating since the beginning of the session but gained strength in the later half but profit booking in the last hour made the indices to close on flat to positive note. Nifty future had again found strong support 100 day SMA of 7760 and closed above 7800. It needs to sustain above 7850 to gain strength while any closing below 7760 may result in sharp selling. Volatility can be seen in the opening of the session due to Maharashtra and Haryana state election results.
