As machine learning integrates deeper into human-computer interactions, the concept of epistemic interaction emerges, aiming to refine these interactions to enhance system adaptability. This approach encourages minor, intentional adjustments in user behaviour to enrich the data available for system learning. This paper introduces epistemic interaction within the context of human-system communication, illustrating how deliberate interaction design can improve system understanding and adaptation. Through concrete examples, we demonstrate the potential of epistemic interaction to significantly advance human-computer interaction by leveraging intuitive human communication strategies to inform system design and functionality, offering a novel pathway for enriching user-system engagements.

system. It employees advanced cloud computing technology to manage
multiple PV power stations simultaneously.

3. • To take full advantage of the EU PV Cloud system a smart panel need to be
integrated. A smart panel is a typical PV module combined with a smart
junction box. Smart junction box incorporates a data acquisition chip and a
wireless signal transmitting antenna. Critical solar panel data such as
temperature, voltage and current, are collected and transmitted to the UE
Cloud. UE Cloud provides comprehensive monitoring services based on the
data supplied by smart panels.
5. • The EU Cloud has the ability to manage multiple power station
7*24 simultaneously. It provide information service to all PV
power station stack holders.
• For System Owners: Monitor power station performance 24*7 to
identify any issues that may affect system generation so that to
maximize system investment return.
• For installers: Easy install and setup, provides informative data to
enable installers to diagnose system remotely in case system
performance concerns are raised by customer or alarm message
received from Cloud.Timely response can be realized to reduce
performance loss.
• For operators: Continuously monitor system performance remotely
from multiple display terminals. Significantly reduce the labor/time
required to stay in control with better situational awareness.
6. • The dashboard of EU Cloud is straight forward and clean cut. PV power
station historical data is stored throughout PV power station lifecycle, ready
to be retrieved whenever you need it.
• The EU Cloud collects, store and analyzes data. Compare theYOY/MOM
data will assist owners to analyze current system performance against the
past so that any under performance can be easily picked up. Further
problem solving action can be triggered to address any potential counter-
productivity issues.
• Conduct constant system self check to identify safety hazards such as
temperature and voltage rise. System also capable to disengage the inverter
from the system in case temperature reaches hazardous level. System
safety is greatly enhanced through our unique EU Cloud hazard response
mechanism.
