Smart Goal-Wii Zumba

     RYANN SARGENT
GOAL

 S-(Specific) I will do Zumba on Wii for 30 minutes every
    Monday, and Wednesday
   M-(Measurable) This will be measured by the Zumba
    game itself
   A-(Attainable) I think this is best because I don’t like
    going to the gym. This is the best was for me to stay
    focused on something and continue to do it.
   R-(Realistic) I play Wii Just Dance a lot and Zumba every
    now and then so this makes me realize that it will be
    realistic.
   T-(Timely) This is timely because it goes with my
    schedule and I can do this all semester.
Success/Barriers
 Reinforcing Factors-My            Lazy- I can be extremely

This chart tells how many times a week I did Wii Zumba.
Evaluation

 I did not meet my goal. I started out in the beginning
  really into it and wanting to do it. I started to get really
  busy with school and work and that was a big factor in
  me not completing my goal. Also, when the weather gets
  colder I start to get lazier and I think that was another
  reason. Once this semester is over I will definitely start to
  try and play Zumba more because I will have more time
  on my hands.
 What I learned is that it is very hard to keep a goal when
  it’s something you aren't necessarily worried about. I
  hope when I start to get older I will exercise more and be
  healthy.

GOAL  S-(Specific) I will do Zumba on Wii for 30 minutes every Monday, and Wednesday  M-(Measurable) This will be measured by the Zumba game itself  A-(Attainable) I think this is best because I don’t like going to the gym. This is the best was for me to stay focused on something and continue to do it.  R-(Realistic) I play Wii Just Dance a lot and Zumba every now and then so this makes me realize that it will be realistic.  T-(Timely) This is timely because it goes with my schedule and I can do this all semester.
