3. Plan Opposed to skipping breakfast, picking at lunch, and overeating at dinner, I will put forth the effort to keep up three healthy meals a day accompanied by small and nutritious snacks. On the weekends I will also be cautious of my splurging. I will cut back on my alcohol intake while practicing control. Each night although I may be tired, I will at least plan on a solid time segment of stretching, breathing, and positive thinking which is equally as valuable as diet changes. To follow through with this I will do my grocery shopping once a week with specific meals and nutritious snacks in mind and avoid temptation to drink more than necessary on the weekends.
5. Results 3 consistent and healthy meals throughout the day, accompanied by nutritious snacks makes me feel more energized, focused, and fit. Cutting back on drinking beer at night gives me a clear conscious upon waking for the day ahead and allows me to feel better about my weight and self-control. I can see the difference in my attitude, behavior, and body when I eat healthier, engage in physical activity, and limit splurges like alcohol and sweets. My self control during the week/ weekend allows me to enjoy special occasions involving food & spirits more thoroughly. Gaining more energy and self-esteem is also very important to me and I know I will have more when I make the right health decisions.
