A clean and orderly work environment is the first sign of a good Safety Culture Keep file cabinet drawers closed Clean up spills immediately Keep extension and computer cords out of walking areas Be alert – watch where you are walking Don’t carry loads you can’t see over Don’t leave something where it is a tripping hazard Use the handrail on stairways Wear appropriate footwear Use stepstools or ladders if needed (Not chairs)

- 17. Going forward, all JHA’s must address Slip/Trip/Fall exposures in the area where “Site Specific” hazards are identified. This will be reviewed during the weekly audits of the JHA’s to determine compliance.
