- Redirect the mails and act accordingly
3 Coordination of accounting and audit work - Liaise with Auditors, tax agents and Accounting Staffs
4 Recruitment of in house staffs - Drafting & posting of advertisement in Job Street
- Screening and shortlist of CV
- Fixing interview appointment
- Arranging of DISC test
- Preparing of letter of Offer
- Preparing of work station, stationeries, pass card, email, etc.
- Briefing on day 1
5 Staff Issues - Maintain staff personal file
- Letter of confirmation
- Letter of incentive
6 Business Card Printing for staff & boss - Updating new format
- Replenishment of name card
7 Monitoring of car insurance & road tax
renewal
- Arrange & follow up with agent
8 Schedule guest appointment and booking of
restaurant, etc.
9 Application and renewal of licenses
10 Party Arrangements - Liaison with party planner on menu, pricing, manpower,
payment, etc.
- Make sure everything is in order on the day of the party

CONCLUSION
– I gained lots of new knowledge and it was such a
wonderful experienced working here. Therefore, I
suggested other department to make the
internship compulsory to all students. This
internship program can be the preparation to
students before they enter to the real job world.
Even though it can be quiet challenging but it is
good for the students.
