2. SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT
This Service Level Agreement is Prime Parts
Specialists (PPS) commitment to supply quality,
recycled and remanufactured auto parts at
competitive rates to your company in the handling
of auto parts warranty claims.
PPS is ensuring that each mechanical part purchased
will be handled, distributed and serviced as
outlined in our Service Level Agreement.
We stand committed to deliver recycled and
remanufactured parts framed with the highest
professional standards in the industry.
3. SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT
All parts provided by PPS shall pass through a quality
assurance process specifically developed by PPS with a
video library available of every part shipped.
Parts are shipped within 24 hours of order confirmation and
will be professionally delivered on pallets with shrink
wrap for superior protection and appearance.
All ENGINES are compression checked to standards with
mileage verified by Car-Fax on-line and can be shipped
as a complete unit or remanufactured units as long
blocks.
All TRANSIMISSIONS will be checked for quality, completely
cleaned with pre-installation instructions FAXED directly
to the repair facility and verified as received as part of
our professional program.
Fast accurate quotes handled by our professional
knowledgeable staff are available through phone, email
and internet instant messaging ( Yahoo!, AIM, Windows
Live, Gtalk, etc.) whichever best fits YOUR companies
needs.
Fast accurate ordering of parts is available through phone
or email.
4. SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT
All parts sold will include PPS’s warranty coverage for
your contract term needs.
PPS will handle all parts service issues directly with the
repair facility to keep your adjuster free to handle
new claims.
PPS will cover labor coverage at the repair facilities’
negotiated contract labor rate using All-Data and
R&R installation times upon acceptance of part
failure liability.
Car rental coverage is paid at a maximum of $30 per day
for covered repairs and towing expenses up to $50.
PPS will pay all claims by phone with credit card directly
to the repair facility and will stay in contact with your
adjuster through the completion of this process.
5. SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT
Non- commissioned coordinators with extensive repair and
part knowledge will be assigned to service your
account.
Comprehensive Management Reports can be supplied to
track and monitor purchasing and claims activity.
PPS will supply to you, an independent inspection report
performed by a national inspection company on ANY
denied claims using the standard of liability as outlined
in the vehicle owners contract.
PPS shall warranty gaskets and seals for 90 days after the
installation.
