and warranty variations as a feature of an Information Technology Enterprise
Solutions - 4 Hardware (ITES-4H) arrangement. The equipment and services will
be commercial following the definition of commercial items in Federal
Acquisition Regulation (FAR).

Related Incidental Services
Services will be directly identified with the ITES-4H equipment requirements. All services
will proceed as negotiated and as incorporated into separate delivery orders by the
ordering contracting official.
The contractor will likewise give legacy hardware upkeep/warranty as a component of
system configuration and integration services. The legacy equipment
guarantee/support will be identified with the incorporation of equipment acquired
under this agreement or ITES-3H, and will plainly characterize things to be kept up and
the level of service required.
All services will be proceeded as arranged and consented to by the requiring action.

A. System Configuration and Integration:
Review, analyze, assess, migrate, and give technical advice relating to the

Analyze and assess the application software design and its integration into the
contractor provided equipment and software;
Provide assistance and direction on installing software;
Give consultation and direction to Government framework expert and software
engineers relating to the application frameworks design;
Give help and direction to the system operators relating to system generation,
troubleshooting, and general system operation; and
Support in the resolution of framework and application program mistakes.
The contractor will give system configuration and integration services. Functions
performed during framework configuration and integration may likewise incorporate,
yet are not restricted to, the accompanying:
B. Physical Site Analysis
In view of a Government created SOW, PWS, or SOO, the contractor will perform the
examination at the proposed location(s) within 15 schedule days of the contractor's
acknowledgment of the conveyance order except if specified otherwise. The
Government will facilitate start dates and access with the contractor. The assigned
building(s) will be investigated to verify that it meets the prerequisites of the proposed
equipment. B. Physical Site AnalysisAny changes/updates needed for the
establishment of the proposed solution will be noted in the Site Analysis Report. The
Government maintains all authority to have a delegate with the analysis group. The
Government will be answerable for performing site changes identified in the Site
Analysis Report.
C. Installation and Relocation Services:
The contractor will be liable for conveyance/establishment or relocation of equipment
at assigned facilities, because of a Government created SOW, PWS, or SOO at the
ordering level. On the off chance that establishment services are requested, the
contractor will guarantee the Government that all necessities recognized by the
contractor's general site installation guideline or Physical Site Analysis are finished. The
contractor's installation guideline will plot the essential equipment prerequisites of the
proposed equipment. Equipment installation will begin within 15 schedule preparation
culmination except if specified otherwise. The Government will organize start dates and
access with the contractor. The installation and relocation will incorporate a final site
drawing of the installed and uninstalled equipment.
The contractor will be liable for all contractor-furnished gear, incorporating stacking,
unloading, packing, unpacking, stock, inspection, and security. Secure, dry, and clean
stockpiling territories will be given by the Government as consented to in the
coordination subtleties remembered for the SOW, PWS, or SOO. After establishment or
relocation, the contractor will reestablish the storage areas to a clean condition and

D. High Availability Configuration:
The contractor may offer the services for a client requiring the installation of a high
accessibility solution. In light of a Government created SOW, PWS, or SOO at the
ordering level, the contractor will help the Government with building up a high
accessibility establishment and execution plan. High availability is a system design
approach and associated service implementation that guarantees a prearranged level
of operational execution will be met during a legally binding measurement period. For

Warranty
(a) The point of convergence for all warranty support will be the contractor. The
Government will not incur extra charges (i.e., shipping, conveyance) for warranty
support. As a feature of the purchase price, all gear provided under the agreement will
be provided with a standard Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) business
warranty. The consideration of the standard warranty will not add cost to the base
equipment purchase price.
The contractor will give commercial warranties for all equipment at both CONUS and
named OCONUS areas. On-site warranty support will be provided for Non-versatile
frameworks, for example, desktops (PCs) and servers. On-site warranty uphold, mail-
back or advanced trade warranties will be provided for compact things, for example,
note pads, top quality displays, and so forth. The offeror has the alternative to utilize
either a high-level trade warranty or an on-site warranty at no extra expense to the
Government.

warranty time frame, the newly established part will become Government property. The
