DNA replication takes place the leading strand is synthesized
continuously but the lagging strand is synthesized
discontinuously.

when it comes to a cell, this is because they keep the
chromosomes from attaching to each other in the
cell.
DNA Ligase stitches the Okazaki Fragments together
Telomerase is an enzyme that helps aid cell is
maintaining the length of their telomeres.
